 Shooter: player dealing damage
 Victim: player recieving damage
 Damage: amount of damage that is supposed to be dealt
 Bullet: TActiveMapBullet object that dealt the damage
 Result: amount of damage being actually dealt
Needs testing (What if not a bullet killed a player?)
