OnFlagReturn

 procedure OnFlagReturn(ID, TeamFlag: byte);
 
 Parameter Info:
  ID (Byte): Player ID of the player who returned the flag.
  TeamFlag (Byte): Team ID of the flag which was returned.
 
 Description:
  This procedure will be called every time a player returns their friendly flag.
