Description: This script allows every player (not just admins) to send PMs, but also by using a players name or parts of a players name as well as with the player slot number.

Commands list: /pm # (1-32); /pm name-piece e.g. /pm bendarr hi OR /pm ben hi OR /pm darr sup; /pm server OR /pm admin; /ignore # (1-32); /ignore name-piece; /unignore #; /unignore name-piece; /ignoreall; /unignoreall
