Features list: - Max ping setting; - Max warning setting; - Warning for player (notification); - Ping check interval (seconds); - Ban Time setting(minutes)

Commands list: /maxping XXX (negative values also work for testing purposes); /reset ID; /exclude ID (toggle excluding ID from checks)
