TGame.StartVoteKick

procedure StartVoteKick(ID: Byte; Reason: string)
 ID: ID of a voted player
 Reason: votekick reason

Description

Starts a vote against target player ID. 'Reason' will be displayed as the vote's reason.
Note that this will NOT trigger TActivePlayer.OnVoteKickStart!
