Plain ASCII text-file, one entry on each line (Windows style). Wild characters are allowed in the IP field. To ban someone you can either enter the man manually, or use the /ban command. To unban, use /unban or /unbanlast.

Structure

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:ban_duration:ban_reason
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:ban_duration:ban_reason
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:ban_duration:ban_reason #IP, ban_duration is an int holding the ban time in ticks (negative means permanent), string ban_reason ("Banned by <admin>",Flood,etc)
